San Francisco, CA (October 20, 2023) – Mursion, the industry leader in scalable, immersive capability building for leadership skills has announced the addition of Jeanine Baron as the company’s new Vice President, Learning. Ms. Baron’s extensive experience in designing transformative experiences and outcomes for Fortune 500 companies will play a pivotal role in guiding Mursion’s mission to help organizations build leadership capabilities and discover talent insights to remain competitive in today’s dynamic markets.

Baron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Vice President of Learning at Mursion. With extensive experience in developing products focused on business outcomes, optimizing professional services, and growing strategic customer relationships,  she is uniquely positioned to help drive Mursion’s learning and development initiatives to new heights.

Before joining Mursion, Baron held key positions at CorpU, A Udemy Company in Customer Experience, Enterprise Solutions, Project Management. Her contributions in these roles led to her establishing the Learning Architect Center of Excellence at Udemy, which was dedicated to creating leadership learning experiences that promoted business outcomes. Her focus and dedication to developing solutions that continue to provide measurable value to organizations aligns perfectly with Mursion’s vision.

Through the powerful combination of leading research and cutting edge technology, Mursion simulations provide business leaders with the data, coaching, and practice opportunities they need to build high-performing teams at work. In her new role, Ms. Baron will lead the effort to continually refine and enhance Mursion’s immersive solutions that support the development of effective leaders within an organization–from the C-Suite to the Frontline.
