Molly Nagler is Global Head of Learning at Moderna, a global, public biotech company with the mission to deliver the greatest possible impact to people through mRNA medicines. She leads a learning ecosystem that equips employees with critical skills, integrates AI into how people learn and work, and ensures the workforce is ready to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Previously, Molly was Chief Learning Officer at PepsiCo, where she focused on leadership development, functional excellence, and frontline reskilling during a major digital transformation. Before that, she worked in higher education as Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education at Yale School of Management, where she doubled program revenue and expanded into online learning, and as Director of Strategic Alliances at UC Berkeley, where she built international partnerships to scale executive learning programs.
Molly is a regular speaker at industry conferences, where she shares insights on the future of learning, AI, and workforce transformation. Molly holds a Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s in English Literature from the College of William & Mary. She lives in the Boston area with her husband and two teenagers.
