How it works
Digital credentials deliver social proof
Our rigorous training and evaluation ensure Mursion’s sim specialists possess the skills and tactics needed to help your employees (a.k.a. “learners”) become more effective leaders—and to earn their own badges, too.
Badges bestow esteem
They strengthen learners’ attachment to the material and their sense of accomplishment.
