Mursion is partnering with LinkedIn to train high-potential leaders in key leadership competencies. After a 30-minute workshop on feedback, participants were given a chance to practice these skills immersively. When asked to evaluate the avatar-based role plays, participants gave Mursion a 9 out of 10 rating. As one participant noted, “It put me on the spot in a way that I hadn’t been before. I found the interaction to be insightful, giving me a view into the way I handle sticky situations and also challenging me to push myself.”
