The Challenge

TennCare, Tennessee’s statewide Medicaid program, enlisted Mursion to assess and certify employees as part of a multimillion-dollar initiative called The QuILTSS Institute. Standing for Quality Improvement in Long Term Services and Supports, the program accredits home and nursing care providers as part of a value-based purchasing and reimbursement system.

Our Solution

Mursion created a comprehensive model targeting 64,000 home healthcare workers located throughout the state. During the pilot, more than 900 learners experienced training evaluations, and seven competency-based assessments were designed and built for use in The QuILTSS Institute.
