How is kindness defined? How can business leaders build workplaces that are centered on kindness and equity? How can teams feel connected and collaborative while working remotely? These are important questions in today’s world as the modern workforce becomes increasingly diverse and dispersed.

Study after study proves the power of demonstrating kindness at work. Company culture might be difficult to quantify, but its effects are also hard to overestimate. In fact, in one major long-term study by business consulting firm Kotter reveals the inextricable link between corporate culture and financial performance: Over an 11-year period, the companies involved in this important research that put an emphasis on employee appreciation showed a 682% growth in revenue while the businesses that didn’t have a performance-enhancing culture grew only by 166%.

Mursion will take a deep dive into these hot topics during our 2nd annual fall symposium and roundtable series, “Kindness at Work (From Home).” During this four-day virtual event, attendees can expect to be informed as well as entertained during 90-minute sessions that fit neatly into your work-from-home schedule.

Via Zoom, we will present a full lineup of candid conversations with industry thought leaders and game changers, flash presentations, live music and performances, interactive virtual reality simulations tailored to each topic, and even Oculus headset giveaways.
